Here are a number of procedures for restoring the databases and servers in your Exchange 2000 organisation. The recovery procedures you perform depend on the following three factors:

Note For some problems that occur, you do not need to restore any backups. For example, you can resolve some problems by repairing your Windows 2000 or Exchange 2000 installation.
