The following provides you with the procedures you need to back up the data in your Exchange 2000 organisation. The procedures you perform are dependant on your topology and the type of backup plan you create. The data you decide to back up depends on the recovery strategy you select.
You can categorise your recovery strategy as either a plan to restore the server, rebuild the server, or restore to a stand-by recovery server. Each strategy has its own set of backup and restore procedures.
