System Configuration Utility to the Normal Startup

To return System Configuration Utility to the Normal Startup option:
Click Start, click Run, type msconfig in the Open box, and then click OK.
On the General tab, click Normal Startup, and then click OK.
When you are prompted to restart the computer, click No.
