On the Start menu, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
Double-click the Passwords icon.
On the User Profiles tab, click to select "Users can customize their preferences and desktop settings. Windows switches to your personal settings when you log on."
Click OK, and then click Close.
If Outlook has never been run on the computer, start Outlook and set up the first mail account using the information provided by your ISP.
After you set up the first mail account, Shut down and log in as another user to set up the other accounts.
For Windows 95:
Click Start, and then
Click Shut Down.
Click to select "close all programs and log on as a different user."
For Windows NT 4.0, Windows 98, and Windows Millennium Edition:
Click Start and then
Click Log Off username.
When prompted for the username and password, type the name of the new user along with the password. For additional accounts, click Start and then click Log off username.
