An existing help file can be de-constructedinto its basic parts, including graphics, by using Helpdeco, download here.
This is a command line program (run from a Dos screen), a better option is the gui version, download here.
The resulting files can be edited, or a new one created, using the freeware version of HelpScribble, download here. If the download fails, download the setup file directly from here.
In order to edit the help file with HelpScribble
In order to reconstruct the file, the Microsoft Helpfile Workshop is required, download here. HelpScribble's options need to point to the contents of this zip from the Compiler tab. These values will be set at the first compile as HelpScribble will search for the comiler programs.
