Headings should always start on a new page. They should be bold with a size 14 text with a Heading 1 style.

Sub-headings should be bold with a size 12 text with a Heading 2 style.
If possible, ensure any text under a sub-heading finishes on the same page as the sub-heading. Judicious editing of the text may be required.

Text should have a size of 10.
